14-Story office tower with ground floor commercial, 2nd and 3rd floor restaurant space, and three levels sub-grade parking currently under construction.
2 Pike Street is a fourteen-story tower set in lower Manhattan between the Manhattan Bridge and Williamsburg Bridge. The mixed-use tower will have three sub-grade parking levels, commercial retail space on the ground floor, restaurant space and banquet hall on the second and third floor, and office space on the remaining floors above.
Stratford Engineering is in charge of designing the buildings foundation and superstructure. Said superstructure has been designed with a structural steel frame combined with cast-in-place concrete shear walls to allow for an open floor plan and glass curtain walls along the three street-side frontages.
