Stratford Engineering has been involved in a series of renovations to Beth Israel Medical Center’s Manhattan campus centered around a $40 million emergency room upgrade. Other key components include:
-A roof addition and renovation for approximately 15,000 square feet of VIP rooms and new nurse stations in the Dazian building.
-The renovation of the Dazian Emergency Entrance lobby, installation of new canopies, and a mechanical room addition, with work totalling over 20,000 square feet.
-The renovation of the Linsky and 16th St. lobbies, including the installation of new canopies.
Stratford has extensive experience in addressing the needs of health care organizations. In addition to our work with Beth Israel, we have recently completed projects for clients such as NYU Musculoskeletal Center, Maimonides Medical Center, New York-Presbyterian Hospital, Interfaith Medical Center, and the North Shore Long Island Jewish Health System, Southside Hospital.
