A 9,000 square foot cellar expansion to an existing Mediterranean seafood restaurant founded by world renowned chef Costas Spiliadis. Structural considerations included 2 new elevators from 1st floor to cellar, new feature spiral stair, floor leveling, and miscellaneous MEP support. Additionally, a new 800 square foot Marketa adjacent to the existing 1st floor of the restaurant is under construction involving an architecturally exposed steel catwalk.
